patri&veda

hello everybody,im patri and veda its my dog. we are from Spain, but im planning to move to the south of england to improve my english next year. im searching for info about how dogs are seing in england...because i want to bring Veda with me. i have found info about what i have to do to enter to the country with Veda, but i would like to know if dogs are allowed in some kind of transports, if i would find a lot of problems to find a student flat with share if veda is with me...and in general the dog's law.. for example in spain dogs must wear a chip, rabia vaccum, sometimes they need a secure, they must be tied all time, they are not allowed in the average part of public places (hotels,restaurants,shops...)
