I really like them for our dog, they keep his teeth so white, his breath fresh. However, I've been reading lots of bad reports about them lately. If a dog doesn't chew them completely (what dog would?) They can act like glue and become stuck in the digestion system requiring surgery to remove. I'm still debating whether to continue using them, but try googling about it, you can read many reports of it.

I've never heard of these.

There does seem to be a myriad of products out there for dog owners, but I would want to make sure they were safe before I gave them a shot.

Mind you, I suppose a lot of the time people don't know until they actually start experiencing problems.

I've heard the same negative stuff as pupcake. Too bad! It's a great idea...except for the digestive issues.

Unhappy Problem with new greenies formula, and with dog.com!

I have been a loyal Greenies customer for about two years, starting with the old formula. Not only did my dog hesitate when I gave her the new formula for the first time, but now I can only give Greenies two stars because the new formula is defective ... it goes moldy! I have had this happen with several different bags of Greenies. Well before their expiration date, you'll start to find tiny, white, fuzzy mold spots all over the chews. I've even seen this in the bags of Greenies in pet stores. I keep them in a cool dry place but it doesn't help. So I called dog.com for a refund or exchange or store credit, but DOG.COM DOES NOT STAND BY ITS PRODUCTS! My dog loves Greenies but she does sometimes get a chunk stuck in the side of her teeth and needs help getting it out. Factoring in all of these problems, I am sincerely disappointed. I want Greenies to go back to the old formula!!!
