I'm a little embarrassed to admit this but I don't brush Cass as often as I should . She's a short haired dog and doesn't matt so I'm kind of a slacker in that department. I've really been making an honest effort to brush her at least once a day lately. She just sheds so much that I can't keep my floor clean. Do you notice that daily brushing helps control shedding? Any other secrets? She's on a high quality diet, actually it's a prescription food for dogs with allergies. I know her skin condition and allergies add to the shedding problem. We're spending a fortune just trying to keep it under control but still there has to be a way to reduce the shedding. Any advice? TIA

I have a Border Collie that sheds like crazy until I came across a pet collar that reduces shedding. I wouldn't have believed it but, she sheds a lot less than she did before we put the collar on her. We still have to brush her once and a while but, there is noticably less hair than before. Really? I've never heard of a collar like that. That's neat. We have a lab and Dane and don't brush them as often as we should and they can tend to shed a lot all over our couches. I will have to look around on the web for these. Thanks for the information.
