They probably cut it a little short. Dip her toe in baking soda, or just leave it alone. It'll stop on it's own. You should call them and chew them out for doing that though. let them know that they messed up and you're going to pass that information along to anyone who asks. You may get a free grooming out of it. Tell them to leave the nails alone, next time.

Put the dogs nail in flour and that should help stop the bleeding. The groomer should have noticed the nail and had put some steptic powder on it. Chooose a new groomer.

He will heal okay, but don't take him back to them anymore. Or call them and ask them why they didn't mention it.You may try to put a mild antibiotic on the end, or just keep his paw clean for a few days (put a sock on it when you take him for a walk), and that should keep it from getting infected.{S}

i think you should take him to the vet thats what i would do if something was wrong with my dog and i didnt know what to domy friend also got her dog groomed and when she got him back his eye was all red so after either they told her(since she asked) or she figured out that they poked him in the eye with the scissor

They just cut the nail too short. Try taking him more often and take him on walks when it heals so that it grinds them down more. When you cut them less then there is more to cut that hurts them. It will heal by itself.

It will be okay. It is very easy to clip a cuticle and the bleeding is a lot worse than the injury. I would let the groomer know that you would appreciate a heads up, but don't panic.

you need to let the groomer know what happened, and you want to put some quick stop on the nail that is bleeding, it can get infected, I am surprised the groomer didn't put quick stop on it, if you don't want to go back to the groomer you can buy quick stop at most pet stores. very easy to use, and the dog will stop bleeding and the nail will not get infected!!

It could be that the nail was cup too short exposing the vein or "quick" that runs through each of dogs nails. Sometimes when the quick is cut just barely close enough (the dog won't feel it nore will it cry or yelp so they didn't know it was nicked) it also sometimes won't start to bleed until the dog walks around and gets the blood pumping in the body or it will bleed very very slowly. Since you are at home already you can use flour or cornstarch and apply pressure to the toenail to stop the bleeding. I do recommend you go to the store soon and get some stuff called qwick stop to keep around the house just in case of an emergency. Its a yellow powder for packing the nail with and its better to use instead of your stuff you bake or cook with. I posted a product pic of it below for you. You can find it at most pet stores. The good thing is now the quick will recede little by little back into the nail each time the dogs nails are cut thus allowing more nail to be taken off. Some people and groomers have dogs that give them such a hard time cutting their nails that they recommend owners take them to the vet for sedative toe nail clipping. Vets can purposely quick the toe nails and they have this machine that cauterizes the nail after its been quicked. That way the owners don't have to have them clipped as often especially if it stresses the dog out too much. Believe it or not, my dogs actually tolerate the dremmel tool better than the toe nail clippers. That thing is way noisier than the toenail clippers! I like to file them down after clipping them so they won't be so sharp. Its a good thing to request at the groomers to see if they do it.
