I have adopted a straigh dog and it's fur is a mess. I don't think the dog has gotten any shots. Before I take the dog to a groomers do I have to get the dog shots?

i suggest you first consider giving your dog the shots than going straight to the groomers...

Yah get the shots done first for sure, especially if your going to take your dog to a shop that doesn't require them... and I'd look for one that they are kept separate from other dogs too... just to be safe

I say ditto to definitely getting the shots first.
