10%? 15%?

I usually tip $2 for a $12 service. I will be getting the dog a shampoo and hair cut that will cost $39. Would you tip $4, 5$, other?

I usually pay $40 for a full groom and tip $5 (our groomer does a fantastic job!)

As a groomer I can say that while sometimes I don't get a tip (depends on the client) I do get one for about 75% + of the dogs that I groom and it ranges from $5 - $40 depending on the service. I have even gotten holiday tips of $50-$150. I would say it depends on your services, your area and your clients finances. I happen to work in very well to do towns with very wealthy clients.

I wont think twice giving a much bigger tip,when it comes to my pets.As long they give me good & quality service.Mostly I tip like 10% in every service.
