If you mean the actual flat of the ear is getting fat and feels like it is full of fluid, then my guess is she has an haematoma (sp)
This means she has probably banged her ear on something or shaken her head too hard and damaged the vessels inside.
The blood then leaks into the ear and gets solidified.
So all the stuff inside the ear, is actually blood.
If you take her to a vet he will cut it and let the blood out.
Oh, and be forewarned, some vets will also stitch buttons to the ear to keep it flat (otherwise it can wrinkle up)
It's not serious, so don't worry, but does need attending to by a vet.
