 Food Allergies & Possibly Other Allergies
My GSP, Bo was diagnosed a couple of weeks ago with food allergies. Based on his age, 8 months, and the number of symptoms, our vet was pretty certain it was food related.
So, I totally elimated all his food/biscuits. I was feeding Wysong Maintenance with a bit of Solid Gold Hund -n- flocken. I was also feeding various treats/biscuits.
Now he is being fed California Natural Herring & Sweet Potato (he has really bad breath) and no treats, only baby carrots.
Most of the symptoms have gone away except for this coughing/hacking/wanting to throw up thing. He is going back to the vet tomorrow to have his throat/trachea examined and have some bloodwork done.
I honestly didn't think I was going to have to deal with this feeding him Wysong... Sigh.
