my mom's chi mix is going to be two next month and ever since he was a puppy he acts like he is choking (like dogs pulling too hard on their leash)
it only lasts maybe 30 secs. it happens about 2-3 times a week and it can be if he gets too excited or if he is relaxed. sooo i don't know. any ideas thanks

this happens to my older dog to, i just thought that it was because she is overweight, but it happens to often now, when she wakes up, after she runs, walks, the vet told me it was just because she is getting older, i sometimes don't think she is going to catch her breath, we have an appointment with a vet specialist in our area next week
