Default Is your dog a cannibal

I have just found out that dog food companies dead pets mostly dogs and cats into pet food. And not just the odd 1 or 2 the Los Angeles send 200 tons of cats and dogs to dog food factories every month.

That make your dog into a cannibal something it probably won’t choose to do in the wild. Worse still the drug use to put these animals to sleep is not broken down by processing so gets pass on to your beloved dog. Shocked

Yup, isn't that sad! There were some problems I think back with Iams when they were doing that and the drug was getting into the food via the dead animals.

That is why I feed food that doesn't use any by products only human grade chicken, beef or lamb.

Absolutely right Douglas, and they use dead horses also. if these animals were treated with something or dewormed not long before dying, all that stuff goes into dog food. that's why I feed raw, I know what my dogs are eating.

Please check the reliability of the source. I'm not buying it. Sounds like a scare tactics playing on the naivite' of the general public.

What internal problems did the Shepard have???

my VET indicated to us all DOG FOOD is the same.... some may have more or less of something than another.. But told me to feed my skinny ROTTY anything advertised on tv,, if i wanted to... I didnt have to spend alot of money on dog food... it all did the same thing.. other wise it wouldnt be sold.. by the AAFCO.. we are feeding her DOG CHOW.. and I feed my little dogs puppy chow... If a dog is hungry enough they will in fact eat anything.. they will not starve, its not in their nature..

Just my 2 cents.... how do you actually know what your eating??? are you their watching it processed?? I live down the road from a egg plant and a TYSON pultry farm!!
