Default sick dog

in need of some help and advice,my pup has been sick twice today and one,st on wedensday........he dont chew his food just swallows it,then he will sit and heev,s......
i worm him evry month and i have been mashing his food even tho its puppy food...it staten to get me worryed.... thanks for any help you can give........

thatnks for the advice helly...... im gona braek his food amounts give him half then 5min later give him the rest... see how that go,s.... dont think its any thing ells but if this dont put him right then ill have him down the vet.......
