It is not a sure thing, of course, but why would you put your dog through that THREE times on purpose? And if you don't want to avoid this for the dog's sake, doesn't the vet bills get expensive?Breeches can be very dangerous. I would err on the side of caution.

Most likely, you should get her spayed before you lose her.

NO it does not mean that every time she is ready to deliver that the puppies will be positioned with their feet heading out first! First of all that could be just simple chance, and secondly females bodies do change with age and if you think it is the way she carries that makes her have puppies positioned that way during labor, well that can change with age. Here is another tip, if she was bred to the same male twice you might want to use a different sire. Sometimes the activity level of puppies has an effect on what position they are born in. Sires throw different characteristics too.

Since she has a track record so far of breach litters then my answer would be yes. If most of the puppies or all were in the breach position, she is not a good canadate for continuing breeding. She can pass this trait on to her girls. Also she is setting up for some severe complications in upcoming litters as she gets older and not able to push these breaches out. You are going to end up in the emergency room soon with stuck and dead puppies if you continue. Her third litter could be her last. If she is having only one breach out of a normal to large litter, thats common, and not considered a problem, there are usualy one or 2 breaches in a litter that is normal sized. Ive assisted in over 100 births and almost all litters have one at least.
