It's really hard to say.. If you think about it.. there are so many more pet foods that your hearing about having recalls. So, you never know what is good and what isn't ANY more. I found out about this company that sells Pet foods. Their own brands ... NO RECALLS..on this one. I feed my dog an organic brand of dog food called Canidae. THIS FOOD IS USED BY THE SO-CAL GUIDE DOG ASSOCIATION. Not only do I know it's safe (read their thought on the recall at www.canidae.com) but my dog love it and smells a lot better!!!P.S.Canidae does not even include wheat gluten, which is what was contaminated in the pet food recall issue.

Life's Abundance (what I feed and recommend) has not been and will not be included in the recall. They do not use wheat of ANY kind in ANY of their products, they also don't use corn, soy, dairy, by-products, etc.
