 What do I do?
My dog is 9 months old and for a little over a week now has been having very loose stool. I called the vet and was told to give her rice and boiled chicken or beef. I did that and things seemed to be improving. Now it seems almost every other bowel movement is loose. It started out she had diareeha (sp?) then I fed her the rice mixture and things looked better, I gradually started adding back her dog food, but she still has very loose stool. I am planning on calling the vet again, but wanted to see if anyone had any tips for treating this. Thanks very much.
