Zoey2007 is on a distinguished road
Default Sick Puppy!

I brought Zoey home from the animal shelter 3 days ago. She is a 6 month old husky/shep mix. This morning she wouldn't eat and seemed very sick. Long story short I took her to the vet and he said she may have a cold and gave her antibiotics. My question is if its normal for her to sleep a lot and while she is sleeping she jump and twitch a lot.

I sure hope Zoey will be okay. Dogs dream like humans. So, moving and twitching is normal.

Aww.. She is probably dreaming bad dreams. This is totally normal. Dogs can do this too.
But the not eating? NOT normal in my standards. My dog eats all the time, never stopping. So I think she might have an upset tummy, or she ate something she shouldn't have eaten.
