Question My cocker has stones

My four year old male cocker (Mickey) just had surgery to remove stones from his bladder and he was castrated because his prostate was enlarged.
The vet here in Bangkok has put him on , "Hill's Prescription Canine c/d" diet.
My problem is Hill's is not easy to find and the cost is outrageous.

Can anyone help me find a recipe so I can make his food?
Mickey needs a low phosphorus, magnesium and protein diet.

Question

We had a diabetic dog and he did fine for 6 years on twice a day insulin shots (he was large breed dog) always at the same time and feeding him twice a day at the same time. Finally he died of a ruptured disc unrelated to the diabetes. I panicked at first about those shots but after we got in to a routine all was fine.
