Question Can't get rid of huskey's Diaharea !!

I just rescued my 4th dog, he was born in a puppy mill, the guy had 128 puppies (all huskeys) with 5 mothers crammed into 5 pens !!! I adopted a beautiful boy, copper colored huskey. He had round worms and a condition called Giardia which I have never heard of before. Its caused by contaminated drinking water. He was put on meds and both cleared up. Have had extra stool samples done just in case. But my poor pup still has diaharea !! can't seem to get rid of it, only if I give him rice or oatmeal does it harden up. Vet is thinking that it may be a food alergy now, can anyone on here recommend a good food that isn't too costly that will help firm up his stools , remember i do have 4 dogs and they will all have to go on it, its way too difficult to feed a puppy seperately. He is still gaining weight so there is no danger there but I am always afraid that he will get dehydrated . Need to get rid of this damm diaharea !! really hard to poop and scoop
PLEASE HELP, ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED !! :-D

If your feeding a low quality food such as Pedigree or Purina they have alot of fillers such as corn and wheat both of which are known to be common allergens in dogs....By putting them on a high quality food you'll be able to stay away from those fillers...Dogs don't process the fillers so there's only one place for it to go!....I had the same problem with my Husky when I rescued her and I started feeding her the same thing as my Akita...Nutro Ultra.....It doesn't have fillers or preservatives....It firmed up her stool in about 3 days....It is more expensive to buy but in the long run you'll save money because you'll have to feed less since it's a high quality food....Example: My Akita would have to eat 7 cups of food on Pedigree for his weight on the Nutro he only needs 3!....I buy a 17lb every 3 weeks for about $25.00....Stay away from foods that have by-products,corn,wheat or any form of glutens....Hope this helps.
