Skins issue
Did your vet do a skin scraping to check for mites? Does the skin itch? How old is your dog? It's difficult to tell from the pictures but it looks like it could possibly be demodectic mange. This usually only happens in adult dogs if the immune has been compromised by an underlying condition. Your dog seems to have gotten ill after starting the antibiotic treatment. It is possible that this could be adverse reaction. Like people, dogs can also have allergic reactions to certain drugs. Have you taken the dog back to the vet and if not, you really should. If you did, what did your vet have to say.

I think he took a skin scrap but im not shure. On monday will come 3rd test from lab and then i will know is it bacteria and what kind or something else.
Yes, i didnt mention, his skin itch. Well i didnt say about what happend 7 months ago,he didnt want to eat and was sleepy all the time,i checked him and found on him tick and some fleas, he got some antibiotics and after that he some got scubs on his head, near his nose. I changed cca. 3 vets. and they didnt know how to solve that scubs. Then i pissed off and go to Faculty of Veterinary Science, they took 3 samples of skin and that scubs, first test was positive to some kind of bacteria, they didnt tell me what it is and now im waiting 4 other test. Also they subscribe some injection shoots and gave him that antibiotics, then te scubs get worse. I went to vet. and he got some shoots again... Can i gave him some vitamins pills for pets or something? Also i put him on lamb diet 4 now (is it wise?)

Skin issues
I think your vet is the best source of information for you. Most serious skin conditions require that cultures, scraping or biopsies be done to determine the root cause of the problem. Unfortunately, we would all be making guesses and some probably not so educated.
I am a member of a canine cushing's forum and cushingoid dogs are prone to skin problems, some pretty severe. I have not tried it myself but I've heard that a shampoo called Duoxo is quite good so you may want to give that a try.
Putting your dog on a single protein food such as Lamb and rice is a good thing. I have two dogs that cannot tolerate grains at all and since switching them to grainless food, we have no more allergies, no more colitis and no more room clearing flatulence and they poop half as much. Yay!!! You might try a high protein, grainless food for your pup. Check out dogfoodanalysis.com for good options. Food is rated from one to six stars, with six stars being the best. Good luck.

Ticks sometimes carry diseases, such as lyme disease, and dogs can get it from them. I don't know if the ticks in Croatia carry lyme disease? Fleas also carry parasites, such as roundworm in their eggs, so your dog can get worms if he has had a bad flea problem. You might want to ask about that.
