Absolutely NOT! Steroids are hormones that have several functions in the body, and your body produces them as needed, if you're healthy. Depending on which one is involved, they can reduce inflammation, regulate sexual development, regulate the secretion of salt and water through the kidneys, regulate events during pregnancy, and a host of other things.
Vitamin K is, well, a vitamin. It's used to produce clotting factors in the blood as well as the synthesis of certain proteins in blood plasma, the kidneys and bone. Unlike steroids, vitamin K is not produced in the body. You get it from the foods you eat.
