Took my 3 yr old boxer/lab mix to an animal eye doctor b/c he had spots on his eyes. Vet thought it was cholestrol but wanted confirmation. Eye doctor confirmed it was but also noticed that his right eye doesn't blink. We now put Puralube on it 3-4 times a day to keep the cornea from drying out which could cause an ulcer.

Anyone have a dog out there whose eye doesn't blink?

I didn't seen any, can you take close picture of his eyes? Poor guy. Try to get other vet's advice regarding his eyes and hope to hear more expert advice, keep us updated.
