We have been feeding our dogs Blue Buffalo for a little while and recently switched to Wellness Core... We have heard a lot of good stuff about this food and it seems to have really good ingredients.

The Blue Buffalo I've heard is very good, the Wellness is good also, a lot of diabetic pets eat this, I feed Orijen which is similar to the Wellness.

I feed raw diet now for 2 years now,but I used to feed Blue Buffalo and Wellness. Blue Buffalo is the one brand that our puppy training class trainer recommended to try out because ingredients list start with protein not grain or corns.If you prefer to look deep in what kibble is good to feed,you can try look review list in Whole Dog Journal.I think either Jan or Feb,they tend to run review stuff on kibbles and canned food. It is just their opinion on each products so,it may not fit to your dog,but it is worth reading.

like yassy i now feed my dog raw food as they dont eat cooked food in the wild and i prefer to keep as near to nature as possible, it might be something you could try. if you do add raw to normal food and eventually replace all other food with raw....you can find out about giving your dog the very best diet that nature intended from any site...just type raw dog diet into browser...... my dog is 17 just had big cancer op and wasnt given much hope now six months later everyone says she is a different dog.....she is now taking an interest in whats going on again and is so much happier in herself....you begin to notice a difference in weeks and when the time comes for my next dog she will definatelly be fed raw. best of luck in your search
