I just made a post with links for more information and lost it!
I guess I'll start over and hope I don't lose this one.
I posted a lot of the information I've gathered about raw feeding on my blog -
Pick of the Litter. You can click on the link on there and it will take you to where you can learn more.
Here are some more links that I was given:
BARF for Beginners (not the diet I'm doing),
Myths about Raw Feeding, and another
Raw Diet.
I was told that chicken bones are soft and my dogs don't have trouble chewing them and haven't choked on them, but I was told that you have to be careful with the chicken necks because some dogs can choke on them.
UnderDog is right - they DO need organs once a week, but I was told to start with chicken backs only for a week until their digestive system gets used to the change and then start adding other meat, fish, organs and raw eggs (shells and all - yuck!).
Hope this helps.
