I started my dogs on a simple raw diet on April 20. I don't cook or mix anything, just get the meat out of the fridge and give it to them. They get mostly chicken . . . necks (they have not choked once on them) or backs for breakfast and then the little dog gets a chicken leg and the bigger dog a chicken thigh for supper every other day. The other days, for supper, I use a different meat. So far I've used pork steaks (cut off the bone) and deer burger and am currently trying to find beef hearts, with no luck so far. I feed them canned mackerel once a week, along with chicken organ meat and a raw egg. They love their new diet as you can see in this video.

Firstly, my computer won't let me see your video--so I don't know what all food it showed but just going from what you posted----I sure hope you are feeding more than just meat and bones (and egg) as this will not be balanced diet and not good for the dog!!! You need some form of carbohydrates like raw veggies (ground very fine) and try to stay away from grains for this source (carbs.) except maybe oatmeal (best of the grains to feed). I feed mostly raw food too but I make sure they get a lot of ground veggies and I like to give 1-min. oatmeal cooked for about 2-3 min (so it is more easily digested) I usually add a raw egg yolk, after the oatmeal has cooled a little so it doesn't cook the egg yolk. I usually add the raw egg white to the oatmeal while still in the pan and stir it in as the hot oatmeal will make the egg white turn white (cooked) but I have given the white right a long with the raw yolk too at times. I also feed canned salmon about once a week. And I give plain yogurt, cottage cheese too. The salmon (mackerl) and cottage cheese--be careful how much you feed at one time as they have a lot of salt for a dog.
Salt can be deadly if they get too much!! I tend to rotate the morning meal between oatmeal and raw chicken necks---And the cottage cheese (w/various additions--like an egg and/or little scraps leftover meat--no onions in this) and salmon w/ various additions like ground raw(cooked would work) asparagus (I have this in my garden) maybe an egg added or some plain yogurt or cottage cheese are all usually morning meals. I tend to give, for the supper meal-- raw meat meals w/raw very finely ground veggies (use a mini food processor--scrape down several times to get finely ground--and on the last 'spin' to grind I will add a dab of Bragg organic raw vinegar and let blend in w/the veggies. I hope you are supplementing calcium and V.d with all this meat you have been feeding!! Although the chick necks may supply some. It worries me about the chicken leg---Do you take out that sliver--the very thin sharp bone--I would be afraid of it puncturing something if the dog did not chew it up well (and it may not as the bone is so thin ,it might try to swallow part of it while it is sharp!!

Be careful!
The right mixture of nutrients is VERY difficult to achieve without serious study of raw food diets. I always recommend supplementing with a high-quality kibble (my dogs get half Life's Abundance Welcome to TrilogyOnline Pets and half raw foods.
It's also great because if you go on a trip, you can still feed the kibble without having to cook and refrigerate raw foods and your dog's digestive system won't revolt.
Do check out the Life's Abundance. It's the best food on the market, is shipped to your door. No preservatives, BHAs, BHTs, food colorings, corn or wheat gluten. Excellent stuff.
Cheers,
