any advise on how to care for an injury sustained by a cable which tangled around my dogs leg? very swollen, but my dog is drinking water and did eat a little. Will she be better in a few days, or do I need to see the Vet?

I would take her to the vet, even if just to get her some pain relief. I hope she gets better soon, how long was she tangled up in the wire? Poor thing.
