My Wireirehaired puppy ate 6-7 grapes this evening. I now understand they are very bad for her. Has any one out there had experience with this? Should I get to emergency vet?

Yes, this is very bad! How bad seems to depend on the individual dog. This is a quote on grapes:

Raisins and grapes--As few as 6 grapes and/or raisins have caused acute kidney failure in some dogs. The toxic ingredient is not yet known. THERE IS NO TREATMENT. AVOID feeding ANY grapes or raisins to your dog!

Can you call a vet or a poison center---I am wondering if you should get the pup to throw up! Is your dog acting "not right"??
