Default pregnant foster

I have a new foster that became pregnant as a stray. I would like to know if there is any way to tell about how far along she is? she has no milk yet, but, is plenty swollen and her vulva is swollen as well, she took a lot of care prior so we are trying to avoid having to go BACK to the vet for an x ray, we are a new rescue and the vet we had said she could go anytime that was almost 2 weeks ago..??? any ideas? also any tips on whelping would be great!!
I have pics of her but cannot post them yet!!!

since she came this way the easiest is to keeping checking her teets for milk.
She may also start nesting so watch for this also. You can often feel her stomach area for movement to help indicate roughly when. At this point though it is a 24/7 thing since you do not know when she was bred.
Good luck.

Dogs are usually pregnant within 62 days. How long have you been noticing the pregnancy signs? Maybe you can count from there to predict how far is she
