Default Irritated Digestive Tract

A hint I have come across: Slippery Elm Bark Powder in a little broth (Watch the salt!)or mixed into a small ground meat ball can soothe an irritated digestive tract, and reduce inflammation without slowing down digestion or stopping up the works.
