This could be food allergies. If it is ---It will not go away until you find out what food she is allergic too and take it away forever! Here is a paragraph about food allergies from the above link:

Food allergies account for about 10% of all allergies in dogs and cats. Food allergies may show up concurrently with allergies to pollen, dust, etc. Symptoms include:
