Okay, my pug was prescribed ointment for her eyes. It has to be applied two to three times a day. I've done it twice a day, but she does not stand still and it is impossible to get it in her eyes without a struggle. This morning I applied it and she swept it away with a lick. It usually takes some wasted ointment and one upset dog before I can get it on. Any tips for applying ointment to a dog's eyes who just doesn't want it?
