Default Dog hasnt been the vet...

I have a mini-poodle and she started having problems on her feet. The skin became very dry and the fur started to fall off.. we called the vet and said it was just dry skin and not to bath her too much.. its been about a month and nothings changed. I'm afraid to take her to the vet, will i get in trouble. Will they consider this neglect?? her skin condition is pretty bad. I tried Hydrocortisone spray with aloe to see if it helps.. not doing much help

Are you saying the vet diagnosed her without ever seeing her? The vet should not have done that. You should have no worries about taking her to the vet - there are lots of things that can cause sore itchy feet and the vet is the best place to start to find the answers.

I wouldnt be worried about someone accusing u of neglect unless u dont take ur dog to the vet. I think it sounds like u need to go to a different vet also. A normal vet wouldnt diagnose something over the phone. Good Luck!
