Unhappy Not Ringworm-HELP!

My puppy, Zoey, a beautiful American Pit Bull Terrier, has had a rash for 4 weeks now. It started as a single spot on her stomach, about the size of a dime. Since then, she's had several others form on her neck, paw and tail. The vet thought it was ringworm and we've been spraying her with anti-fungal for the last 3 weeks. Today we go back to the vet to check the cultures and it's not Ringworm and the vet doesn't know what it is. She's been on anti-biotics as well for the last 3 weeks. Does anyone have any idea what this might be??? We're going back to the vet next week again, but I'm not sure he has any idea what else it might be.

Maybe it is time to see a different vet--Get copies of any blood work done and other info from this 1st vet and take with you.

How old is your puppy? Does she also itch/scratch these areas. Can you take pics of these spots? What do they look like--dry/ pus filled--WHAT? What are you feeding--Could it be a food allergy? Could it be a contact allergy? (It does seem to be in areas that would come in contact with some things easily). Is she lacking something in her diet.

I wonder if the anti-fungal spray might also be irritating her skin. You said she has been taking antibiotics for 3 weeks also. One thing for sure--She needs to be taking probiotics to put the 'good' bacteria back in the gut that the antibiotics have taken out of her system. It might not be a bad idea to look into B50 vitamins also.

Again--What exactly is she eating?

You may have already read this recent thread in here but just in case you haven't: Kuma's losing fur . Maybe there is something helpful there too.
