Unhappy My dog has a bump on his head

It's sort of below his ear and sort of on his cheek. he is a 7 year old brown miniature pinscher. I love him so much! but my parents do not have the money to take him to a vet and get him checked out, the vets here are REALLY expensive its around 100-500 dollars for a normal check up. the bump is really hard it feels like his skull and when I touch it or poke it, it doesnt seem to hurt him at all but it is very big and noticeable , it was not there last night , I just noticed it this morning. He still seems happy and energetic. please help! ( in the attached images bump is on the left )

First to note, you do not have a brown Miniature Pinscher. Miniature Pinschers do not come in brown. What you have is a Red Miniature Pinscher.
As for the bump. Can you move it around or is it literally locked into place. Dogs do get pimples as well as fatty cell tumors.

The bump is hard and it is locked into place, it is on his cheek, it makes him look like he has uneven cheeks, fat on one side skinny on the other.

TUMOURS IN DOGS - Chinaroad Lowchens of Australia

some reading that may help. In either case, a vet would be advised to be sure.

Unhappy Sad to hear about your dog :(

Does sound like a tumor So sad to hear. There's really no other choice but to have your dog checked. If it is a tumor, it will have to be surgically removed and put up for biopsy to check whether it is malignant (cancerous) or benign (non-cancerous). If it is a tumor and you don't have it removed, it will keep enlarging and the cancer risk increases too.
