Don't know what cause it happened, my dog will keep on licking the floor uncontrollable and non-stop on irregular basis, sometime once per month last for 1 day. He will quite upset when this happened, his throat seems keep on twitch, and his tongue wants to lick something, just like a frog. He never licking the floor under normal condition, only happened when his throat twitch. Other than that, he keep on eating, sleeping as usual. I've vistied many many vets and take X-ray for my dog, but nothing is found. Please help to advise. I feel helpless when this happened and nothing can help my poor dog.

Sometimes when dog/puppies get stressed out they will lick and lick and lick. That might be what is going on. I am surprised with taking your dog to vet that the vet has not recommended something.
