Default depression after eye removal

As some of you may know, my dog had her eye removed due to glaucoma. She used to be on prednizone and we weaned her off of it after surgery.
Lately shes been depressed and she didnt eat tonight. She drinks well, and pees and poops normally. But doesnt eat very much at all. She seems depressed too. I dont know what could cause this... maybe that shes not on prednizone anymore? We weaned her off of it as the vet told us to.
Could it be that shes upset that her eye is gone?
I know for sure that her remaining eye isnt in pain since the eye pressure is only 20 (normal pressure).
Please help. I dont know if this is an emergency!

I would schedule another trip to the vet and ask for an expert opinion. Here's what I do know. Prednisone is a steroid and increases appetite while taking it. Since your dog isn't taking it anymore, it could just be eating it's normal amount of food. But ask your vet just to make sure. And take your pooch to McDonald's for a cheeseburger. I know that would cheer my dogs up and make them eat. An occasional cheeseburger isn't going to hurt anything.
