Default Anyone know what could be wrong with my little man?

For the past couple of hours my 2 year old Min Pin/Jack Russell mix has been throwing up yellow foamy stuff. He won't eat or drink anything, he wouldn't even take a treat & he's normally crazy about them. He also keeps stretching out his neck, kind of like how a dog stretches when they first get up, only just his neck. All he'll do is lay down and whimper. I'm very worried about my little man. My husband and I will be taking him to the Emergency vet as soon as he gets home. Until then, does anyone know what could be wrong with him?

Those are very general symptoms that could be a sign of a variety of different issues..The only way to really know is by taking him to the vet..I hope everything works out ok.

I have never heard of this before in small breeds but it sounds like bloat. I'll attach a video so you can see. I hope your dog is alright. Bloating akita - YouTube

Luna while it's not common small breeds can get bloat to..However since she said the fur baby has been throwing up for a few hours I wouldn't think it would be bloat...With that amount of time passing the symptoms would be progressively much worse...I still think however that very dog owner should watch that video..Please let us know how your baby made out at the vet!

I hope pinklepuff's little man is better now and hope we get an update. The first thing I thought about was pancreatitis, which is a very common and painful condition that can become life threatening if not treated.

I thought of pancreatitis too. I had no idea that small dogs could get bloat!
