Default help!pls!

im a newbie here. pls help me.

i had a 2y/o female shih tzu. last month i noticed that she started to loss hair on her chest and had a red skin so immediately i rushed to the nearest veterinary, the vet. said the my tzu has a skin allergy so he reccomend to change her dog to d/d skin support, intake of co-amoxiclav every 8hrs and anti-histamine every 6 hrs, he also gave us a soap skin support. after a few weeks in her follow up check-up the vet said she's getting better and all we need to do is to finish the left medicine he gave us. but last 2 weeks i noticed that my tzu started to have a teary eyed. so i decided to bring her to another vet (because i am in my new place), and i was shocked. the vet said taht my tzu has a fungal infection in her eyes, arms and chest. it may spread all over her body. and especially it is now affected her eyes. so she gave us a eyedrops and oitments, spray for skin support, a new soap and shampoo and change her dog food to royal canine skin support, a week later but still no improvements. pls help me what i need to do. is it right if i cut her hair?pls:'(

If her hair is long I would. A year ago I had similar problems with my girl who is double coated and long haired. I felt cutting back on her coat helped me better in applying ointments and giving her skin a chance to mend. You can check out different things I had done here: Kuma's losing fur

I can't say our dogs had/have the same exact problems but you may find some help in reading on somethings that have helped us. If you have any questions, let me know and I'll try to help. I can't comment on the Royal Canine Support food as I'm not familiar with it but I would do a thorough search on it if I were you and not just take your vets word on it being the best food option.

A rolled up newspaper can be an effective training tool when used properly. For instance, use the rolled-up newspaper if your dog chews up something inappropriate or has a housebreaking accident. Bring the dog over to the destroyed object (or mess), then take the rolled-up newspaper and hit yourself over the head as you repeat the phrase,"I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG, I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG!"

I think you should change your dog's diet to organic food and see if it helps.
