What color should their poop be? Mr. Sweaters ate a box of crayons once and his poop looked like confetti.

when he's got a lot of bone in his diet, his poop starts off the normal various-shades-of-brown colour but when it dries, it turns white. leave it alone and the rain pounds it apart - otherwise, i just smack it with a shovel and it poofs into dust.

if he eats turkey or pork, it's screaming yellow. i mean the colour of lemons. dunno why.

if he eats carrots or sweet potato (he eats them whole, not pureed or grated) the poop's a more orangey shade of brown.

it's not sticky or sloppy, though, either - it's crumbly.

too much bone and it feels like actual rocks (although it doesn't seem to bother him all that much to pass them).

It's OK to feed human food to dogs. I sometimes give the same food to my chihuahua that I eat and he never had any problem or never felt sick.

I am not saying that human food is better or dog food is not good. I just meant that human food won't affect your dog's health. Although he won't get all the essential nutrients present in the dog food. A lot of dogs do eat human food and they are fine. If your dad feeds human food to your dog you need not worry much.

Human food is better than what is in most dog food. Most dog food is made with scraps that are not fit for human consumption. There are a few great dog fooods out there, but in general, feeding human food is better than feeding dog food.
