I have a question regarding my 6yr old male boxer. He has bad allergies and has been diagnosed w/ pancreatitis. Im looking for a good premium dog food that caters to both his allergies and his need for "low-cal" food (meals high in fat aggrivate his pancreas). My vet recommended the Hills Prescription I/D food........but it just aggrivates Harley's allergies! Help!

I would recommend Nature's Variety. This premium dog food is available dry, canned or raw (frozen). It was developed by the University of Nebraska Veterinary School. My dog loves it. Her coat looks good, and she acts young for her age. The food is good for dogs who have food allergies. Their website shoudl be able to tell you where you can find it locally.
