Default Paw Problems/ strange goo?

My female dog is currently suffering with two sore front paws. Upon closer inspection I noticed there was actually spots filled with puss inbetween the digipads. So far we have tried draining them and soaking them in hot water which has worked in the past however still looking quite bad. Is there anything a vet can do/provide to cure this?
I've also noticed of late a strange blackish goo on her genitals/lower stomach(pretty sure its not mud) . Any ideas what could be wrong?
Thanks

I'm not sure what it is, but I would highly suggest that you see a vet. This could be a serious infection. There might be an antibiotic or cream a vet could give you.

The sores on her feet sound like interdigital cysts, this can be caused by grass seeds or sometimes the cause is unknown. My own dog suffers from this occasionally and she usually needs a long course of antibiotics to clear it. We found that a six week course of antirobe (an antibiotic used to treat anaerobic infections) does the trick. If this doesn't work or if the infection reccurs the vet will probably want to investigate it surgically to see if any grass seeds are present.

The other problem could be a Pyometra (if she's entire) and should be seen by a vet as soon as possible as this condition is fatal if not treated quickly.
