Often we would put a little extra in the pot for the dog, a few extra potatoes, vegetables, rice, pasta, anything really.

The leftovers are kept aside for her meal and she has never been given scraps from the table and so doesn't expect any.

I've also heard chocolate is really bad food for them, I heard that it can give them a heart attack..

My dog is really fussy when it comes to food time if I just give her a bowl of dog food she wont eat it.

I have to make it exciting my saying 'get it blaze get it'

And it makes her happy and then she will eat it lol.

When I put millie's can of dog food in her bowl she turns her nose up and walks out. Then she comes back about ten minutes later to eat it.I find this really strange because I always thought that dogs would eat it straight away.
Does anyone else's dog behave this way?

Yeah just like I said my dog does this, I dont know wether its because she doesnt actually like the food or if she wants something with a bit more flavour.

But once I get her excited she usually Eats it all.

I have read from some sites that chocolates are bad for dogs and can be fatal. They said that it could poison them. I not really sure what causes this or is it true, but I haven’t given my Labrador any chocolates since I’ve read about it.

Onions why is that?! Just curious never really feed onions to my dog as he has a sensitive stomach even though he doesn't think so as I found out with Chicken nuggets that we were sharing haha Put me off my dinner that was for sure he ate 3 and started to gag threw him outside wasn't pleasant

I think most dog foods are bad for dogs. Its made of the same things we eat, except it's meats that were diseased, rotten, or just DOA. Meat that is not fit for human consumption, becomes dog food.

Coffee, Onions, GArlic, Salt, Yeast Dough, Avocado, Alcohol, CHOCOLATE, Raisons, Grapes, Xylitol (found in sugar-free gum and candy - it is a sweetener)., Cooked bones (can splinter). Macadamia nuts

Pork isn't really bad for dogs, it is just that a lot of dogs find it irritates their stomach and can make them sick or have diaherrea
