Your right! Hip problems early in the dogs life is due to poor breeding. It was once a passion to breed dogs, they took the time to make sure all was done right and it all was done mainly for show! now a days its just all money, money, money to mask produce the breeds and there fore things go terriably wrong with these breeds due to breeder error and greed! of course there is no guarantee what health probs these breeds will have, but if the breeder has no hip displacia in the papers and both mother and father have vet proof then that is a breach of contract if the pups have it , then the breeder should compensate for their pups that have been sold.

Also dont always take the breeders word, always investigate before buying any breed, also tattoos dont always prove purity nor do papers, they can be forged and faked ! This has been known to happen alot in the dog world, its just not widely discused !
