Are you sure you don't mean "loyal"? Sincere doesn't make sense.
The answer is yes. If they weren't, the way humans treat them and make them suffer, there'd be a lot more dead cruel humans than there are now.

I think he's referring to dog's loyalty. Of course, dogs are loyal. They are even more loyal than most people. Dogs are happy with what they have and are grateful.

I think it is really depends on the owner. A pitt could as sweet and gentle as possible dog while a maltese can be a harmful and aggressive dog, all depends on the owner. Surely dogs are sweet. loyal and sincere, you can see thousands of pictures, videos and stories proving them, all because of tender love and care from their masters.
