Default Mr. Buddylee And Helper, Two Cute!

Tis the season to be frightful in Market Square, Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This location has been the backdrop of many Buddylee blog posts and it’s a perfect location for the Fall Halloween season. Our Hound wrote the book on “How to Make Friends Faster than Instantly!” He is happy to have this young Bassethound lover as his assistant. The pumpkin scarecrows were just installed at many downtown street corners. Mr. BL heads South very soon, so get ready for a change in geography by November first. He looks forward to keeping active and keeping in touch. Search “whereIsBuddylee” and he will always be close by.

A rolled up newspaper can be an effective training tool when used properly. For instance, use the rolled-up newspaper if your dog chews up something inappropriate or has a housebreaking accident. Bring the dog over to the destroyed object (or mess), then take the rolled-up newspaper and hit yourself over the head as you repeat the phrase,"I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG, I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG!"

There weren't any Bassethounds around were I live, until one day last week I was driving into work when I saw a Bassethound puppy. Trying not to trip over its own ears, by the way. I immediatly thought of Mr. Buddylee, he is definitely in my head now.
Keep the pictures coming and have a great time south (I'm so jealous)

Buddylee would be happy to take you, but he is extremely limited in available space. He spreads out over the entire back seat.
