ps, Buddy was my 10 y/o boxer that was put to sleep due complications of a Brain tumor. He was my Best friend, my partner, my son all rolled into one.
He will live on Forever in my Heat, Mind & Soul. "I L U Boy"
*He was buried in my front yard in the mountains of Front Royal on 27 August 2008, And I still grieve today. I lost a part of my heart that day...

It is my honest belief that all animals, including human animals, have souls. Invisible to the naked eye but always present. I think this connection of life may be the reason we can bond so closely with our pets. And I don't know who in this crazy world came up with calling others "pets". %!@%$&! But in my mind our "pets" can be a best friend, so close to the heart. When anyones time is ended to be here on earth, we that are left behind must continue with our lives, when we grieve as humans it is one of our selfish traits. If we are fortunate we meet up with new friends, possibly many through out our lifetime but we never forget our loves that are no longer with us. And new friends are ceretainly not replacements, souls are not replaceable because all souls are uniqe.
It is important that we know that not every person in this world know what true love of a pet feels like but we are not alone either. May your Buddies soul rest in peace.
