Hi there,
My beloved Gordon Setter Stroller passed away recently at the good age of 12.

He was an old boy and had had a good life, running in the woods and playing with his ball.
As we do with all of our animals because we move a lot, we had him cremated at the local vet, a few weeks went by and I started asking questions, the vet sais it could take up to 3 weeks so I left it for a while. It was only when I took my cat in or her booster tha the receptionist rudly came in and told me that I had said that I did not wish for the ashes to be returned to me!!!!! I was beside myself and had to leave the clinic!! Once I had calmed down I went in to find out what had happened only to find this incompetant woman trying to blame it all on me! I took the manager to one side and explained the story.
Unfortunately it was too late to get stro back and even now, writing this, it still makes me cry!!!
Just a word of warning to carefully check all documents and make your wishes EXTREEMLY clear.
I will never have my Stro bear back now and I miss him so much every day.
Thanks for listening!
Holly
