We have a cat named Mr. Grumpy Whiskers. Since this is a dog forum, you guys don't get to hear much about him. Maybe I'll have to start sharing Mr. Grumpy stories.

I guess I always had food or maybe just baking on my mind when I named my cats, Butter, Biscuit, Powder, Cinnamon....
Then again, the others don't actually have normal names so to speak...
TiLi, TaiLi, Kiki, Chutsey, BeBe, KC and Tsunami.

just our of curiosity, was cinnamon a cinnamon/brown colored cat? Just wondering if there's more behind the name.

She is my youngest. She is a tailed Manx and spends most of her time on top of the kitchen cabinets.. I was lucky to catch her on the floor at all.

I used to have a cat that would lay on the counters as well. Probably had something to do with the fact that that's where I fed her

Cinnamon looks just like our Mr. Grumpy Whiskers.
We have to feed our cats on the counters. The dogs would eat their food otherwise.

well then you will get a kick out of this. I do not use my dining room table, it is forever reserved for the cats as the one place the dogs cannot get to their food dishes...
Cats great supper.....

LOL Sounds like my house And yes, the reason I feed them on the counters is because the dog will eat the cat food also.

When we got our Yorkie we knew he was going to stay pretty small. I wanted to give him a big name like Leonidios (see 300) but that got voted down. We settled on Theodore which has now become "Teddy".
Its funny because you need to consider what the short name is going to become.
