Go with somethat suits you and the dog, you have to be comfortable saying or yelling the dogs name.

Stay away from name of inordinate objects such as "Muffin" or "Chance", or "Honey-Bear". These types of names are disrespectful to the animal. Stick with names that you would name a human. Something cute such as "Chloe" (chlo-ee) if a girl, or Jerry if a boy.
