wouldn't they think they have the same name because they wouldn't have the individual attention....

well seperate the two dogs and one at a time, call the name of the dog so that everytime u say its name it will respond. do the same with the other dog. *note they may still both come when u call one even if they know their names* also teach them tricks!!! make sure the names sound different enough too. hope this helps!
