well we have ali the staghound which was called ali because the mother was jill and alis sister was called jen and our friend is called ali and has a sister called jen and her mum is called jill. cheif is another staghound, we got the name off of chief the staghound on the fox and the hound. kym and jedda just came to us. bindi is a jack russell terrier. we named her that because we used to have a dog called china, and then we got india, then indi, then bindi. jasper we bought. pepper. chewy because she is hairy and chewy is short for chewbacca off of star wars ( he is hairy). star. roxy. sarge because when he was a puppy he looked like a sargeant and he was fat. milo because my brother thought that off of milo and otus, he thought the dog was milo. dash.

i have a chihuahua named dallas. he is black and has brown feet that look like little cowboy boots, so i named him dallas after the city in texas.

I named my female malamute/St. bernard mix Sequoia. I knew the father dog and I always told his owner that if he ever had puppies I wanted a female and would name her Sequoia because I knew she would be big if she took after her dad.

Then Chewy got Venus, an Alaskan malamute pregnant and I got the pick of the litter

I have a 4 month old tri color shih tzu named CoCo Chanel. I named her that because my husband bought me a new Chanel handbag for Valentines Day and when I got CoCo, she comfortably fit inside!

Our dog's name is tickle that's why I picked it as my user name too We named him tickle because he likes to be tickled a lot!

i got pearl from my aunt cause she was being mistreaded they had already killed her bro n she was next so i saved her life.
jake was attaked by a rottweiler in the street n the owners didnt do nothing they just left him there so i saved his life too yay me =] n dakota well nobody wanted him cause hes a lil diformed but i thought he look just perfect so i took him in to at 2 months.

I had 1 boxer male (smartest dog ever, my best friend til he died) and he was named Kobe (by a family member) and he was named that because my grandma thought Kobe Bryant was being treated unfairly about his rape trial. I have another boxer named Java, named after a gorgeous mastiff in a rescue that we were unable to adopt and when we finally did have the time, she was gone. So that's why she's that. I have a third boxer named Jack. His name is the most interesting. He was named Jack after my Kobe.. We all called Kobe, Kobe-Jack (not colby) and after he died my world kinda plumetted and someone bought me this puppy who looked sort of like Kobe and i thought it would be a nice legacy. Afterall.. we do have to move on sometime. So i gave another great dog a good home. And that's why i call my Jackie Jack, or Legacy Jack sometimes. It's not really interesting, i guess, sorry i lied :\

My greyhound mix is named Jake. Hes named after the song Feed Jake.

Many said I was crazy for naming him this but it's actually a very fitting name for him! I normally call him just plain Snoop!

Sissy -- And there is a bit of a silly story behind it. I am a mom of 3 bys, therefore.....There is a lot of testosterone flowing through my house, so when we decided to get a dog I decided it would be a "girl". LOL! And her name is Sissy (Sister) -- So To Speak...
