Hi, my in laws are Puerto Rican, try saying it like it is spelled, not the way you would say uuuhhh, but say u (you), IT would be like saying Pinto but instead Puuntho, witht he h silent of course. I think that might be it. My oldest dog is used to spanish, Her name is Pulga, (flea) don't ask. She looked like a flea, they named her not me. LOL The dog will respond to some words like this: Meta Met-aaaa, or Bentaaaa, (Come) I am not sure with a m or b but my dog responds to my husband and comes runnin! And Vomenose or however you spell that means lets go. Domah is (take this) These are the words my pek-chi is used to it, my mother in law lives next door now and still speaks it. She also calls my dogs Pulgita, which is just with ita on the end, means baby
